ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Daniel Cerf, founder of DevinQi, is an Asia-based real estate veteran since 1984. With expertise in investment, asset, and development management, he has led two Singapore real estate investment trusts, pioneered securitization platforms in Malaysia, and managed private equity investments and developments in the region. Mr. Cerf excels in guiding clients through the complexities of sustainable property investment and development.
